Singer and reality show star Rahul Vaidya has recently bought an apartment worth Rs 9 crore in Mumbai. This has been revealed in the report of Square Yard. The newly purchased apartment is located in DLH Signature, a premium project of DLH Group in Bandra West. Spread over 1.25 acres, the complex has various facilities.
56.37 lakh paid stamp duty According to Square Yards, the apartment bought by Rahul Vaidya is spread over a carpet area of around 3,110 sq ft (288.92 sq m) and a built-up area of 317.93 sq m (3,422 sq ft). In a transaction finalized in October 2024, Rs. 56.37 lakh in stamp duty and Rs. 30,000 including registration fee.
