Folk singer Sharda Sinha, admitted to Delhi's AIIMS, passed away on Tuesday. He breathed his last at the age of 72. He was kept on ventilator since yesterday evening. He was admitted to AIIMS on October 26 as his health deteriorated. He was in ICU. He was shifted to the ward on November 3 when his condition improved slightly, but his oxygen level dropped significantly on the evening of November 4, after which he was on ventilator.

On Tuesday, Union Minister Giriraj Singh reached Delhi AIIMS to inquire about Sarada Sinha's whereabouts. Here he met Bihar Kokila's family members and doctors. Earlier yesterday evening Union Minister Chirag Paswan had reached Delhi AIIMS to meet Bihar Kokila.

Was admitted to AIIMS from October 26 Sharda Sinha was shifted to a private ward on 3rd November itself. His oxygen level was dropping, due to which he was again shifted to the ICU on November 4. He was admitted in Delhi's AIIMS for the last 11 days.
As his health deteriorated, he was admitted to the oncology ward. He was having trouble eating and drinking for a long time, for which he was also undergoing treatment. On the morning of October 26, his health deteriorated.
The son said – pray for the mother Sharda Sinha's son Anshuman went live on YouTube on Monday evening and asked people to pray for his mother. He said, 'My mother is on ventilator. They are in great need of prayers and blessings. Now all of you keep praying. My mother is in a big fight. This fight is very hard to win. Just pray they come out fighting.
