Shahrukh Khan and Kajol pair is much loved on screen. The chemistry between the two is great both onscreen and offscreen. But did you know that their first meeting was a brawl? On one hand, Shahrukh did not like Kajol to talk too much, on the other hand, Kajol considered her rude.
While talking to ABP News, Shah Rukh and Kajol shared the story of their first meeting. Shah Rukh said that the two met after the New Year party, as the shooting of their film 'Baazigar' had started from January 1. The actor said that he reached for the shoot immediately after the party. Everyone was tired and upset. His cameraman was arrested for not having a license. Kajol was speaking loudly throughout the set.
According to Shah Rukh, Kajol used to talk very loudly. He also complained to the actress many times about this. Not only that, he compared Kajol to a peacock. Shahrukh said, 'I even told my makeup artist what kind of actress she is, can't she shut up for a while?'
Kajol says she was not happy when she first met Shahrukh. He didn't particularly like Shah Rukh. He seemed defiant to her.
It is to be noted that Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol met for the first time on the sets of the film 'Baazigar' released in 1993. The film proved to be a hit. After this, both worked together in the 1995 film Karan Arjun. However, their pairing was a hit with the film 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge'.
