After this, when the club closed at 4 am, Ruhan asked the valet to fetch his car and learned that his car was not in the basement. After examining the CCTV footage, it was found that the car was stolen.
Police registered a case after investigation Ruhan's lawyer Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh said the Shivaji Park police registered a case soon after the investigation. The police are now trying to trace the accused through all the CCTVs installed on the roads.
Questions arose over security vulnerabilities The lawyer also raised questions about security lapses at the club and restaurants staying open beyond scheduled hours. Along with this, he also called the open serving of liquor as a violation of the law. He said that the matter will now be taken to the High Court.
