At the same time, the standalone net profit of the country's second largest bank ICICI in the July-September quarter increased by 14% year-on-year to ₹ 11,746 crore. It was ₹10,261 crore in the same quarter last year. However, the net profit of the bank has increased by 6.21% on quarterly basis.

Online video streaming platform YouTube has launched a new shopping affiliate program in India. Through this, creators can directly link to other e-commerce websites including Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra in their videos, shorts and live streams, through which they get a chance to earn commission.

The objective of the Affiliate Program is to provide an additional source of income to creators along with traditional ad revenue, YouTube Premium and brand collaborations. With this, brands can easily reach their viewers by collaborating with creators.

2. ICICI Bank's second quarter profit increased by 14%: Net interest income increased by 9.5% to ₹ 20,048 crore, share gave 38% return in one year.

Standalone net profit of the country's second largest bank ICICI in the July-September quarter increased by 14% year-on-year to ₹11,746 crore. It was ₹10,261 crore in the same quarter last year.

However, the net profit of the bank has increased by 6.21% on quarterly basis. The bank's profit in the last quarter (Q1FY25) was Rs 11,059 crore. ICICI has released the results of Q2FY25 i.e. the second quarter of the financial year 2024-25 on Saturday (26 October).

5. Honda recalled 92,672 vehicles: Defect in fuel pump of cars made between 2017 to 2018, company will change parts for free.

Honda Cars has recalled more than 90 thousand vehicles on Saturday (26 October) due to technical fault. These include the Amaze subcompact sedan, Brio hatchback, BR-V SUV, City compact sedan, Jazz premium hatchback and WR-V subcompact SUV. Honda has given this information in a regulatory filing.

This recall of the Japanese car company includes models manufactured between June-2017 to October-2018. Honda told the market regulator that 92,672 vehicles sold in the Indian market have been recalled due to a defect in the fuel pump. These include 2,204 vehicles in which fuel pumps were replaced earlier also.
