Acharya has to do acharyagiri in real sense by staying away from bully and jamadargiri, for which one has to be careful of people who do gossip. We have often heard, 'The customer is always right.' If a slogan like that 'Student is always right' is adopted in schools and colleges, everyone will benefit. The responsibility of making this slogan effective rests with the Principal. School-college, teachers or principals are all for the students. Not for teachers, principals or trustees. It is an important duty of the principal and teacher to listen fully to the student. Ashoka : A typical principal lets the teachers and students do whatever they want to do. When a good principal makes the teacher and the students do what they don't want to do but they have to do.
