Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, a US-based Sikh for Justice (SFJ) terrorist, has threatened to blow up Air India. Terrorist Pannu released the video and spoke of revenge for the 1984 Sikh riots. It has advised people not to travel on Air India.
Pannu said – “It is the 40th anniversary of the Sikh riots of November 1984. More than 13 thousand Sikhs, women and children were killed in 1984. Even today there is a widow colony in Delhi. This entire incident was done by the Government of India. People traveling abroad should boycott Air India from November 1 to 19. threatened the pilots that there might be a suspected bomb on board.
Vikas Yadav, a resident of Haryana, has been declared most wanted by the American investigative agency FBI for conspiring to kill Pannu. The FBI identified Vikas as an officer of the Indian intelligence agency RAW.
Pannu had threatened last year too Earlier on 4 November 2023, Pannu had released a video threatening to blow up Air India planes. Pannu released a one-minute video. Told- Do not travel on Air India flight on November 19. Doing so may endanger your life. Planes will not be allowed to take off.
After this on November 19, he threatened to close the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. He said that November 19 was the day when the Cricket World Cup final was to be held.
Following this, the NIA last year registered a case against Pannu under Sections 1208, 153A and 506 of the IPC and Sections 10, 13, 16, 17, 18, 188 and 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), 1967.
Banned in Sikhs for Justice 2019 Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India banned SFJ (Sikhs for Justice) as an unlawful organization under UAPA on 10 July 2019 for its activities. On 1 July 2020, Pannu was included in the list of individual terrorists by the Government of India.
NIA registered the first case against Pannu in September 2019. He was declared PO on 29 November 2022. In 2023, the NIA seized Pannu's house and land in Amritsar and Chandigarh. A non-bailable warrant was issued against Pannu by a special NIA court on 3 February 2021.

Around 12 cases against Pannu, inflammatory statements on social media
- 12 cases have been registered in India against SFJ and Pannu. Among them there are 3 cases of sedition in Punjab. The dossier prepared by the Punjab Police contained information on separatist posts by the SFJ on social media over several years. In this he was supporting terrorists.
- Pannu is very active on social media. It releases audio and video messages in Punjabi language. In this he incites the Punjabi youth against India.
- Khalistan flags have been put up in government buildings in Punjab and Haryana with the lure of money. Apart from this, Khalistani slogans were also found written on the Delhi metro station during the recent G-20 meeting.
Haryana youth accused of conspiracy to kill Pannu

In one of these photos he is also in army uniform.
Vikas Yadav (age 39) is a resident of Pranapura village in Rewari district. The US government claims that Vikas works in the Indian intelligence agency's Research and Analysis Wing (RAW). It was RAW who hatched the conspiracy to kill Pannu. Vikas is accused of hiring a killer for murder and money laundering.
