Alia's film 'Jigra' mired in controversies: Alleged script theft; Four days ago, Divya Khosla taunted

Alia Bhatt's film 'Jigra' is in controversy. Even before the release of the film, many questions were raised regarding its content and story. Due to which the collection of the film has also been affected. On the other hand, T-Series owner Divya Khosla Kumar has also targeted Alia. Divya alleges that Jigra's story is similar to her film Saawi. He posted a photo four days ago, showing the seats inside the theater empty. He wrote that Alia herself bought all the tickets for Jigara and announced the false collection.

Divya Khosla accused of script theft Actress Divya Khosla Kumar, wife of filmmaker and T-series managing director Bhushan Kumar, has accused Karan Johar of stealing the story of her film Saavi. Along with this, Divya also shared a picture of Jigra's empty theater on Instagram. In it, he wrote that Alia bought his movie tickets and declared a fake collection.

Divya Khosla's PR post A user shared a screenshot of a post by Divya Khosla's PR team on social media. In which the team claimed that Jigra's story was stolen from Divya's film 'Saawi'. Alia Bhatt was also accused in the note. It read – Alia's uncle and producer Mukesh Bhatt bought the rights of the Hollywood film 'The Next Three Days' for Rs 4 crore. Both Bhatt brothers were together at that time. Alia knew this. But when the two brothers parted ways, Alia gave the script to another production house.

The note further wrote that – Mukesh Bhatt was making Saavi with Divya Khosla. Meanwhile, Alia announced her film 'Jigra'. Meanwhile, Mukesh Bhatt came to know that Alia's film is exactly like his film Saavi. The only difference is that instead of the husband-wife angle, the sibling angle has been included.

The note said – Alia calls herself the biggest actress of the country, but did not think twice before betraying her 72-year-old uncle. However, later this post was deleted by Divya Khosla's PR team.

Controversy over director Vasan Bala's statement: There was a lot of controversy regarding a statement made by Vasan Bala, the director of the film 'Jigra'. During an interview, he said that he mailed the story of the film to Karan Johar with a rough idea. But Karan sent Alia without asking. Vasan Bala did not like this. After this statement of Vasan Bala, Karan Johar was trolled a lot on social media.

Karan was accused of getting Alia films. On social media platform Reddit, a user has created a complete list of those films of Alia, in which the producer/co-producer is either Karan Johar or someone Bhatt.

The Manipuri actor leveled serious allegations against the makers of 'Jigra', the old controversies over Alia's film 'Jigra' have not stopped yet. In such a situation, a new controversy was added to it. Now Manipur actor Bijou Thangjam has accused the makers of the film of 'unprofessional' behaviour. The film team gave him an audition in 2023 and asked him to be available for the shoot in December. He kept waiting for any update from the makers. But they did not get any information. In this regard, he also left other projects and did not get a role in Jigra.

However, Bijou Thangjam also made it clear in his post that he does not want to get involved in the Divya Khosla Kumar controversy.
