My grandfather was explaining to me about Samukha Ravana. Dada told me that these ten faces mean Ravana and ten chariots mean Dasaratha. Dashanan and Dasaratha. Dada first explained to me about Dasmukh i.e. about Ravana, Dashanan. After that Dashrath started talking. Centering on Ravana's life; I have told ten stories titled 'Manas-Ravana' about Dashanan, looking at Ravana's vision, his thoughts, his behavior in many aspects. What I am going to say today, based on my memory, based on Tribhuvaniya Kripa, I do not remember doing that in those ten stories. Ravana had a face of reproach. Now, a story can be told in a simple discussion of the ten faces of Ravana. Every day there is an oral story; So vast is the subject and will continue to be the subject of all our experience. One of Ravana's faces is the reproachful face. It condemns. May you and I be freed from this mouth. Remember one thing, when we condemn someone for any reason; And it's not like a normal person condemns another person. There comes a moment when the disciple begins to slander the Guru. That is why it comes in our Veda Mantra that we should not get enmity even between guru and disciple. The disciple will slander and hate the Guru. If it was not happening, such a cry would not have been raised in Vedamantra. Ravana's second face is Mukhrata-mukha; Prominence fault. Ravana talks a lot. And in those who become too prominent, the amount of dialogue is reduced; Grievance increases. Sanyapat Jalpsi Durbada. Bhaesi Kalabus Khal Manujada. The third face of Dashanana is jalpana, jalpan-mukha; Widespreadism; If I say it in Gujarati, I will speak Elfel. It has been written in 'Manas' that in which there is too much falsehood, the glory of the person is destroyed. 'Jani Jalpana Kari Sujasu Nasahi Niti Sunhi Karhi Chhama.' Lord Rama said this to Ravana in 'Manas' stopping Jalpan-Mukha. Jalpana, the speaking of Elfel is the third face of Ravana. According to Dadaji, Ravana's fourth face is Ahangarjan. I tenshish! With my hand I had lifted the whole of Kailas, including Shambhu! I had conjured the head-lotus into the fire with my hands! Such a roaring of one's own ego used to happen in the mouth, Ahangarjana-Mukha. One of the meanings of moha is ignorance, stupidity. That is why Narsingh Mehta rightly said, 'I do, I do, the same ignorance.' Ahangarjana is the fourth face of Ravana. Fifth mouth delirium. Delirium, in which there is condemnation. Remember, that delirium analysis. There are words of blasphemy, there is anger and sometimes tears start coming to a person's eyes in that impulse, what is spoken at that time is called delirium. It's not pure lamentation, it's delirium. Many things have been accomplished in it. Awadhwasi cries when; When Avadhvasi begins to slander Kaikeyi; The delirium begins when the Avadhavasi begins to think of himself as something special because of Ramaprem; That is the delirious face. The sixth face is untruth. Our scriptures allow lying in certain instances; Yet a lie is a lie; It is forgivable, not commendable. It is the sixth face of Ravana. Seventh face is Durmukha. Ravana was born in a demon clan. Badmukh means when there is a tendency to take revenge; There is a tendency to revenge; There is hatred. What happened to Lanka? When Bhitari Lanka burns, the deformity that occurs on the face is called Durmukha. Ravana had a dark face. Eighth mouth, grass-mouth. Ravana is such a great sufferer; Because of the grass-mouth they want to make them all grass; Like Kumbhakarna; The clan is the same. A man should take something. Grass means spider. Ravana was such a grass-faced person that even when he starts to suffer, to kill everyone, even if he gets a warning, he does not leave the grass. So it is grass-faced. The ninth face of Ravana is omnivorous. One face of Ravana is Bhima-mukha. Bhima means terrible, terrible. A form that makes you cry! Trilok shudder! I will salute the tenth face of Ravana; I will salute and bow down to Ravana. We have a saying that the whole neem tree is bitter but sometimes a branch is sweet; Somewhere in the salt sea there is a sweet sea urchin. One face of Dasmukha Ravana is Veda-mukha. He is a Vedic man. He is a composer of Sanskrit hymns; Veda-Mukha is. Bahmaji himself used to come to Lanka to teach the Vedas. So it is a Veda-face of Ravana. As if lightning flashed in a dark cloud! These are the ten faces of Ravana.} (Compilation: Nitin Vadgama)
