So, try to keep your core active, shoulders relaxed and back straight.

not warming up
When you do trampoline workout, it is very important to warm up before that. In this activity you jump quickly and hence high intensity movement without warming up increases the risk of muscle strain and joint injury.
jump too high too quickly
This is a common mistake made while doing trampoline workouts. Many times it is seen that when you start working out on the trampoline, you try to jump too high in the beginning. Due to which your risk of losing balance and falling increases, which can lead to injury. So, start with small controlled jumps to build balance and coordination before jumping higher.
