Three Indians each in top-10 in batting-bowling in Tests: Rohit-Kohli lose 5 places, Rishabh reaches sixth; Gurbaz is the first Afghan batsman to reach the top-10

Indian batsman Rishabh Pant has climbed to the sixth position in the new ICC Test rankings. Pant, who is making a comeback in Test cricket after an accident, scored a century in the second innings against Bangladesh and scored 109 runs. Yashwi Jaiswal has gained one place in the rankings announced on Wednesday. Yashaswi has reached the fifth position with 751 points.

Team India has three batsmen in the top 10. Rohit Sharma has lost 5 rankings due to his poor performance in the first Test against Bangladesh. Now the Indian captain has reached number 10. England's Joe Root is in first place with 899 points.

Gurbaz included in top-10 Afghanistan opener Rahmanullah Gurbaz has become the first batsman to break into the top-10 in the men's ODI batting rankings. Gurbaz has now reached the 8th position with an advantage of 10 places. He has 692 points. Gurbaz recently scored a century in the ODI series with South Africa.

India has 3 batsmen in the batting rankings. Rohit Sharma is second with 765 points, Shubman Gill is third with 763 points and Virat Kohli is fourth with 746 points. Pakistan's Babar Azam is at the first position with 824 points.
