Brainstorming: The Six Habits of Happy People

Dr. Also ask Jai Narayan Vyas, 'Do you want happiness?' So the answer will be 'Yes'. Everyone wants to be happy. No one wants pain, but just as everyone has their happiness, so everyone has their sorrows. An excess of acquisition also causes great suffering to a man, the ideal example of which is Sahadeva, one of the five Pandavas. Sahadeva, who had the ability to accurately read the future, was afflicted with a curse that he could not say anything unless asked. Sahadeva knew the way to escape from Lakshagriha when it was on fire, but he did not tell if anyone asked him. Many of us suffer from failure to give happiness a chance. My friend Vitthal Venkatesh Kamath, the owner and founder of Orchid Hotel, is today a very successful and popular personality giving speeches based on his experiences and brainstorming across the world, from the Indian Institute of Management. He sent me a message paraphrasing his thoughts entitled 'Six Habits of Happy People'. According to him, if you want to be happy, you should cultivate these six habits. 1. Don't show off: Don't show off how true it is. By doing this, you will serve to fan the spark of jealousy somewhere. There is a line from the song from the 1950s film 'Bhabhi': 'Jag ki aankh ka kanta ban gayi, chala teri matwali.' Avoid the temptation to present your pride, your splendor, your achievements to the world by over-decorating them. Not many liked the way a top industrialist of this country spoiled his son's engagement and wedding, but where does power and Lakshmi come from? Be in measure. stay happy 2. Talkless It is said that 'Maunam Sarvartha Sadhanam.' The way to happiness is to develop the ability to accomplish one's purpose in silence as much as possible. Excessive talkativeness, including untruthful gossip, mimicry, or joking—these are symptoms of long-term unhappiness. Remember: 'Cough is the root of disease and laughter is the root of strife.' Enough said. If you think and speak, you will be happy. Duryodhana was enraged with jealousy, in which Draupadi's taunt 'Andhla nanadhla!' By adding fuel to the fire. During the Rajasuya Yajna, Shishupala's head was cut off due to his outrageous speech, provoked by the honor and position given to Shri Krishna by the Pandavas. Vitthal Kamath says, 'talk less' means 'speak less.' 3. Learn Daily Learn something new every day. Futurologist Alvin Toffler says the same thing, the pace of information or knowledge change will be so fast that you will go to bed at night and be left behind the next morning if your information is not up to date. It means you will be sad. 4. Help the less fortunate i.e. those who are not as fortunate as you and live in want, help them. If those who have it do not fulfill this responsibility, one day they will suffer the enormous wrath of these underprivileged. Umashankar Joshi has said: 'The stomach fire of the hungry will wake up, not the ashes of the ruins.' 5. Keep smiling as the saying goes, 'Laugh your house.' Even the shadow of a man with a negative attitude who walks around with a closed mouth is far away. If you want to be happy, find joy even in small things and laugh. Finally, Vitthal's final point is: 6. Ignore Nonsense : Learn to ignore people who talk nonsense and make no sense. Even if we go to buy vegetables in the bazaar, we bring good and fresh vegetables. We do not buy Gharda Bhinda or rotten brinjal or Gharda guar. So avoid people whose company or criticisms or words full of senseless hatred are causing you pain. There is no need to fill the brain with this garbage. Read Vitthal Vyankatesh Kamath's autobiography 'Idli, Orchid and Atmabal' book once. Today, Vitthal Kamath, the world-renowned actor in Amiri, committed suicide in the early years of his career, seeing his dream come true. After knocking at the door of death, he returned, started working and success began to kiss his feet. Shake off frustration and remember: Sometimes the last key in the trunk unlocks the lock.
