'I'm a father, not a secretary': Actor gets angry when producers call Rishi Kapoor for Ranbir

Late actor Rishi Kapoor has always grabbed people's attention with his work. There was a time that when his son Ranbir Kapoor became famous and the producers could not contact him, everyone used to call Rishi Kapoor. In such a situation, the senior actor would angrily say, 'I am his father, not his secretary'.

Rishi Kapoor was asked in the 'Aap Ki Adalat' show, do you get angry when people ask you about Ranbir? To which the actor said, No, it's a matter of pride for me. But yes, I feel very sad that some producers and directors call me and ask me to introduce them. So I definitely tell them, I am Ranbir's father, not a secretary. If you want to cast him in a film, tell him a story, how about telling me a story.

So my decision proved totally wrong for this generation. The thinking of today's generation is completely different. My generation's thinking is different. So I was saying, if you fall on your own, your films don't work, you will make your own bank with your struggle.
