Rakul was fired from the film after four days of shooting In an interview to Ranveer Allahabadia, Rakul said, 'Before my debut, I was fired from a film for which I also shot for four days. It was a Telugu film with Prabhas. But sometimes when you don't know much about the industry or how it works, you don't take it too much to heart. I was so naive that I thought- oh ok, they got me away. Never mind, maybe it wasn't for me, I'd do something else. The makers decided to cast an older actress. Rakul further said, why was she removed from the film? He said that after some time the makers realized that the level of the film was such that, instead of casting a new actress, it would be better to cast an old actress. No one informed Rakul about her firing from the film' Rakul also revealed that no one informed her about her firing from the film. She said, 'I came to Delhi after completing my schedule. I came to know about this incident later. Even though I knew I wouldn't get that first big launch, I had to work my way up. Then my first film turned out to be a huge hit.' Rakul was going to work in the film 'MS Dhoni' In the same interview, Rakul also said that she was also removed from the biopic of MS Dhoni. In which the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput was in the lead role. The actress said, 'Later Disha Patni was cast in that role. I did the costumes and script reading, but then their dates moved forward by a month and I was shooting films with Ram Charan and Jr. NTR. 'Bruce Lee: The Fighter' was scheduled to release in a month and two songs were yet to be shot. Because of this dates could not be managed. I cried so much that I missed out on such a good film.'
