Not only this, camphor has anti-arthritic, anti-rheumatic and anti-phlogistic properties. When you mix it with lukewarm coconut oil, it will provide relief in joint pain.
Make oil for joint and muscle pain in this way
– First of all, take two tablespoons of coconut oil.
– Now heat it lightly.
– Add 2 small pieces of camphor in it.
– Let it melt. Then add about a quarter teaspoon dry ginger powder into it.
– Massaging with this oil will give great relief in joint and muscle pain.
