There is a book by American writer Sherrill Strad – 'The Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail.' The book remained on the New York Times bestseller list for a long time. The book is the story of a 26-year-old girl's solo journey on the Pacific Crest Trail. One day the girl leaves with a bag on her back. She walks alone for months on a high mountain route of about 250 kilometers. He has no traveling experience. There is no help or support with it. She travels alone through mountains, forests, paths and small rivers. This solo tour changes that completely.
