The buyer's name is also included in these property documents. The bungalow has been bought by Shweta Bathija, partner of Kamalini Holdings, who lives in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. According to the documents, the deal was registered on September 5, the actress's bungalow is spread over 3,075 square feet and also has a parking space of 565 square feet. The deal was registered on 5th September. For which stamp duty of Rs.1.92 crore and registration fee of Rs.30 thousand was also paid.
