Kangana's film gets Censor board certificate: 3 emergency scenes to be deleted, 10 changes to be released

Himachal Pradesh MP and actress Kangana Ranaut's film Emergency has been given a U/A certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). CBFC has objected to several scenes of the film, due to which the film will now release in a few weeks after many cuts and changes. CBFC has instructed to delete 3 scenes from this film. Strict instructions have also been given that the film should undergo 10 changes before release. Sikh organizations raised objections to the film, due to which the CBFC withheld the certificate. Kangana said that the film could not be released on its scheduled time due to non-certification. After receiving the certificate from the Censor Board, there has been no reaction from Sikh organizations or Kangana yet. Sikh organizations believe that the film also depicts Operation Blue Star. Thousands of Sikhs gathered outside the Gurdwara in Mumbai and raised slogans. He slapped Kangana Ranaut's poster and expressed his displeasure against the film. Case reaches court, next hearing on September 18 The matter of granting a certificate to the film after protests reached the court. The hearing is going on in the Bombay High Court. The next date of hearing is September 18. A hearing was also held in this matter on September 4. In which the Bombay High Court directed the Censor Board to remove the objections to the film and issue a certificate by September 18.
