Kolkata rape-murder case; No evidence of gangrape: 10 polygraph tests, interrogation of 100 people; Sanjay's DNA matched, he committed the crime alone

The CBI's investigation into the Kolkata rape-murder case is almost complete. According to an NDTV report, the investigating agency has not found evidence of gang-rape with the trainee doctor. After 10 polygraph tests, interrogation of 100 people and investigation so far, CBI believes that accused Sanjay Roy alone committed the crime. Accused Sanjay's DNA has also been matched with the body of the trainee doctor and the sample recovered from the crime scene. The CBI has sent the DNA report, medical report and other evidence to the doctors of Delhi AIIMS. After the final opinion of the doctors, the agency will complete the investigation and file a charge sheet against Sanjay. In fact, a trainee doctor was raped and murdered at RG Kar Medical College on August 9. Her half-naked body was found in the seminar hall of the hospital. Blood was oozing from his eyes, mouth and private parts. The neck bone was fractured. The CBI suspected that other people besides the arrested volunteer Sanjay were involved in the crime, but so far no evidence has been found. Sanjay confessed to the crime in a 3-hour long polygraph test, said 3 things… 1. CBI and members of the Central Forensic Team conducted a 3-hour polygraph test on Sanjay on August 25. Sanjay confessed that he had raped and killed the trainee doctor. 2. Sanjay told the CBI during the polygraph test that he had drunk with a friend on August 8. After this he went to the red light area. On the way he molested a girl. After this, Sanjay talked to his girlfriend on a video call late at night and asked for nude pictures. 3. Sanjay stated that around 4 am Sanjay reached the seminar hall of the hospital, where he went to his friend's house that morning after raping and murdering the trainee doctor. His friend was an officer in Kolkata Police. Sanjay's Psychological Test Report- Porn addiction Before the polygraph test, Sanjay Roy's psychoanalytical profile revealed several things. The CBI officer said that he was mentally deranged and addicted to pornography. Several obscene videos were also found on his phone. Citing the CFSL report, he said that Sanjay, a volunteer in the Kolkata Police, has animal instincts. Even during interrogation, he had no remorse. He narrated the entire incident in detail without any hesitation. Sanjay caught with Bluetooth earphone On the morning of August 9, the Kolkata Police found a Bluetooth earphone at the crime scene. In the CCTV footage, accused Sanjay was seen entering the seminar hall at 4 am. Meanwhile, he was wearing earphones in his ears. After some time when he came out of the hall, he did not have earphones. After this, some suspects including Sanjay were called for questioning. The police tried to connect the earphones found at the scene with the phones of all the suspects. The earphone connected with Sanjay's phone. During interrogation, Sanjay confessed to rape and murder. Students' allegation – Sanjay used to get beds for patients by taking money Gauri Sarkar, a PGT student of RG Kar Hospital told Bhaskar – Many doctors told us that Sanjay used to take commission in the hospital. He used to bring patients to the hospital in the name of giving them a bed and in return took Rs. Dr. Saurabh, who was present at the trauma center on the night of the incident, also says the same about Sanjay. He says, 'Civilian volunteers are the ones who bring the patients to the hospital. Emergency and trauma centers are overcrowded at night. These citizen volunteers look like police, so no one stops them. 'Sanjay knew big officials. He will call them and they will get a bed. Doctors in emergency and trauma surgery, orthopedics and neurosurgery were his specialists. He used to come and go there frequently.
