Time 100 AI: Sundar Pichai starring Anil Kapoor and Ashwini Vaishnav

| America's Time magazine has announced the list of 100 most influential people in AI matters. Among them are Indians including Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani and actor Anil Kapoor. The list, titled Time 100 AI 2024, includes 15 Indians and Indians of Indian origin. In which Google and Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai is on top, while Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is at number two. The reason for including the name of the actor Anil Kapoor has been mentioned due to the filing of the case. In which Time has said that he actually filed a case in the Delhi High Court due to the unauthorized AI use of his image. This case has paved the way for individual rights in AI as well. Vaishnav's inclusion due to chip manufacturing initiatives TIME wrote about Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav that under Vaishnav's leadership, India hopes to become one of the top 5 countries for chip manufacturing in the next 5 years. Proton's product head Anant Vijay Singh and Amazon's AI scientist Rohit Prasad are also on the list.
