Bhaskar Khas: Sometimes life seems to stand still, evaluate your goals, talk about your goals to others; Make new friends, no new ones

Whenever in life you are experiencing instability in your career… lack of creativity… not learning anything new… money is not saved and relationships are empty… if this is happening to you then you not alone. Adam Alter, a professor at NYU Eastern School of Business, has spent 15 years researching people's feelings of emptiness in their lives. He has found in research that this experience is needed at one time or another in everyone's life. It mostly occurs between the ages of 29 and 39. People of this age may feel that their life has stopped for any reason. They cannot do anything new and every day passes like this. Adam has shown more than 100 ways to get rid of this mental state in his book “Anatomy of a Breakthrough”. Some of his remedies can get you out of this situation too…. Introspection, Ignore Unnecessary Obstacles- Whenever you feel stuck in life, the first thing to do is introspect in solitude. When many unnecessary things are causing trouble, ignore them and remove them from yourself. It will give a sense of freshness in life. Refocus on your goal, share with others—reflect on your goal and redefine it. Try to solve it. Set small goals and share them with others. Feel both the pressure and the life change to accomplish it. Do something new and different every day – says Alter – the kind of work every day makes you lazy. Start a new job apart from your employment and other daily tasks. Will meet new people. New friends will be made. You will get positive energy. Visualize the future and write it down every day – Visualize the future you're moving into, says Sarah Sarkis, a clinical psychologist in Boston. Write this down on paper every day. Don't blame any of your failures on yourself. Look at negative things positively We often get upset over small things. Many times we start thinking the worst about someone. However, Judy, a neuropsychologist at Pepperdine University, says there are other aspects that need attention. We don't do that. If we focus on positive aspects of negative things, we will get positive energy.
