Ingredients of Liver Detoxifying Soup
– 40 grams of cauliflower
– Ginger 1/2 inch
– Beetroot 1 medium
-Carrot 1 medium
– Garlic 1 pod
– Lemon 1/2
– A handful of coriander leaves
– Water 500 ml
– Ghee 1-2 teaspoons (optional)
How to make Liver Detoxifying Soup
– First you boil cauliflower, ginger, beetroot, carrot, garlic and 500 ml water in a pressure cooker.
– After mixing all the things in a pressure cooker, cook for 3 whistles.
– After 3 whistles, do not open the cooker immediately but let the pressure release on its own. Open the lid of the pressure cooker and add juice of 1/2 lemon.
– Garnish with a handful of coriander leaves and drink it hot.
How it detoxifies the liver
A compound called indole is found in cauliflower, which helps in curing fatty liver. At the same time, the nutrients of beetroot and ginger start the process of detoxification in the liver and move the dirt forward. Then it can be excreted through stool and urine.
